TSX VENTURE SYMBOL: SRY NOVEMBER 7, 2003 - 13:18 ET Stingray Adds 'Mac' Watson To Board TORONTO, ONTARIO--The Board of Directors of Stingray Resources Inc. is pleased to announce the addition of Mr. Mackenzie "Mac" Watson P.Eng., as a Director, to the Company's Board. Mr. Watson of Montreal, Quebec has over 40 years of experience in the exploration and mining industry, having built a successful career in Canada, earning distinction as the 1991 Prospector of the Year by the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada and the 1993 Quebec Prospector of the Year by the Quebec Prospectors Association. Mr. Watson has been the President of Freewest Resources Canada Inc., and its predecessor, since 1984. Several key steps in the Company's reactivation to the TSX Venture Exchange as a Tier 2 company involve the issuances of common shares from the Company's treasury: On September 30 th, 2003, the Company issued 636,373 common shares in exchange for debts that totaled $127,274.70. Of the total common shares issued, 569,173 shares are restricted from trading until September 30th, 2004 and 67,200 shares are restricted from trading until January 31st, 2004. Additionally, on October 28 th 2003, the Company completed the conversion of two Notes (total amount of $320,000) held by two principals of the Company into 2,133,334 common shares of the Company. These common shares are restricted from trading until February 28, 2004. There were no fees paid in conjunction with these two transactions.
